The vaulted Great Room is a show stopper! It also has 2 BR's and a den or 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 large additional BR's in the lower level. The design is open and airy like both it's "parents". The BR's are spaced apart for maximum privacy. The great room, kitchen, dining area configuration is spectacular!
Our newest model home is the Winston. He is a blend of what buyers loved about the Fletcher plan's kitchen, dining area and great room with a version of one of people's favorite home design. That is, a main floor master bedroom. The upper level has 2 cool bedrooms, a loft overlooking the main floor and a wonderful bonus room over the garage. Winston has so much "flex" built into the design, it is hard to imagine a family scenario it wouldn't work splendidly for as a next home. Have a growing family? No worries. Are you empty nesters who work at home? Check. How about a family with lots of overnight guests, we got ya there too. Competition in mid Sept.
The Wyatt is a sharp rambler style home currently under construction in Savanna Estates on a cul-de-sac next to other KDR custom homes. Main floor office/ BR, a full bath "Powder Room" open sightlines KDR is famous for are a few additions to the smart design. A vaulted Great room, dining room and kitchen are light and airy. The Master suite is separated from the living area by a long gallery hall and it has a spacious bath suite with a walk in shower, double vanity, private water closet and big walk in closet. All of our plans and custom home designs are originals and are done by Dustin himself. You won't find them in every neighborhood in the metro area. You will have a truly CUSTOM home.
